Jose Galarza, age 31, and Jay Marie Rosado-Rosario, age 29, both of Holyoke, are charged with accessory after the fact – murder, the Hampden County District Attorney said. Investigators said they helped Kermith Alvarez, the third suspect in the shooting, evade capture after the killing.

Investigators have charged Alvarez, Johnluis Sanchez, age 30, and Alejandro Ramos, age 22, in the Oct. 4 shooting.

The prosecutor said the three got into an argument that led to a shooting. A stray bullet struck a passing bus and hit Selena Santana, who was pregnant, authorities said. Paramedics rushed Santana, who was in critical condition, to a nearby hospital, and doctors were able to deliver the baby. Unfortunately, the boy died two days later.

"We weren't ready for this, we weren't expecting this," Santana told NBC Boston. "We wanted our baby, and now, you know, I haven't even gotten to see Ezekiel, which is my son's name."

A GoFundMe created for Santana's medical bills and the funeral cost for her baby has raised $3,500 of its $10,000 goal as of Tuesday afternoon.

Alvarez, Sanchez, and Ramos are charged with murder and are being held without bond, according to the Hampden County District Attorney's Office.
